Internal sales Representative responsible for developing new and maintain existing customer relationships through your assigned accounts via the promotion and selling of the company’s products. The job seeks an energetic, hard-working, self-motivated individual. Trade experience is a benefit.
- Placing sales orders onto system & make outbound sales calls
- Follow up from these sales calls and feedback
- Provide customer support by responding to customer inquiries and requests
- Work closely with team members to ensure that customer care is a priority
- Work closely with team members regarding supplier relationships and products
- Ensure that database is correct and kept updated with any changes
- Report to the team leader with any relevant sales information
- Good Interpersonal & time management skills
- Self-starter, motivated, team focused and results driven
- Willingness to learn new products and adapt to our team
- Understanding of basic IT systems – Word, Excel
